Your site is hosted on a server supplied by US 24 hour support 7 days a week on a server that you choose.  Most companies need only the True Basic plan which costs as little as $10.95 a month with a one time setup fee of $49.95, and there is a discount on that with a referral form.  You receive 5 email boxes, and a great deal of server space also.  You may also purchase your Domain name from us if you do not have one yet.  A Domain name is much like a company name.  There may be only one person to use a Domain name so the service is Federally regulated, and SKS will help you with that, if the name you want is taken, you will need to choose another, or see if the person who has it will sell it.

The next factor in web design is the search engine.  The search engine is like the yellow pages.  If you want to find a particular company in the yellow pages, you go the the section for that companies service, i.e. plumbing, computers, windows, and etc...  Search engines are the equivalent of the yellow pages.  You will need to register with as many search engines as you can to let people know your site is out there. SKS will help you with this also.
